If you are traveling from a European Union (EU) country, you may need to apply for travel authorization under the U.S. Visa Waiver Program (VWP). Most EU citizens are eligible to travel to the United States for business or tourism for up to 90 days without obtaining a traditional visa — but you must obtain an approved ESTA before traveling.

You must apply online through the official U.S. government website before traveling. We strongly recommend applying at least 72 hours before departure, though earlier is advised in case of delays or additional review.

Please share any changes to your itinerary with your immediate leadership as well as Sydnee McArthur <mcartsyd@amazon.com> or Melissa Williams <meliw@amazon.com>.

Feel free to reach out to your manager directly or send an email to Sydnee McArthur <mcartsyd@amazon.com> & Melissa Williams <meliw@amazon.com>.

Please be on the lookout for further communications as well as a Know Before You Go meeting closer to the event date.
